Since our gemstones are completely natural, some of them may have small defects or imperfections, like a tiny crack or a blemish. That is to be expected when dealing with natural gemstones.

Products damaged during shipping.

If the products you've received are damaged, such as a bead being broken, or a string snapped, please contact us as soon as possible, with detailed information and photographs. 

We will arrange for replacements to be shipped to you, free of charge.
