If you've received an order that you did not place, please check to see if it might be a gift from someone you know. If the name written on the order invoice is helpful, you can use that to potentially identify the sender. 

What if I checked, and the order isn't mine?

If you've confirmed that the package is not intended for you, check with your neighbors to see if it belongs to someone you know (again, reference the name written on the order invoice inside the package). If not, please contact us as soon as you can.
